| Job Description: |
Responsible for the research, development, preparation, quality review and dissemination of information for corporate accounting and ledgers related to all key US GAAP areas of the company, including goodwill and intangibles, pensions, and stock compensation, as well as other technical areas such as fair value and IFRS. Contribute to the quarterly closes for the SEC filings, building footnotes and tables for the corporate areas reported in the document. |

Bachelors, Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Big 4 experience Significant experience in technical research including IFRS, US GAAP and Business Combinations Significant experience in maintaining SOX guidelines and best practices |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Consumer Products experience a plus |
