11272 International Tax Manager - Houston, TX Job

Location: TX-Houston  
Southwest (AZ, AR, NM, OK & TX)
Salary Range: 95,000 - 105,000
Total Compensation: 100,000 - 110,000
Job Description: As the International Tax Manager you will assist companies with: - Staying abreast of developments within the international arena that may affect their business, both globally and locally. - Formulating effective and tax-efficient cross-border strategies for both US and overseas investments Managing their global structural tax rate. - Responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: None, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting required. Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar required. Thorough knowledge of assisting companies to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions. Considerable knowledge of corporate tax including tax research, compliance and consulting within an international taxation environment. Comprehensive technical skills in structural realignment, cash and financial statement effective tax rate analysis and improvement of tax efficiencies of cross-border flows.
