| Job Description: |
•Drive pre-planning, planning, fieldwork, and reporting for assigned reviews•Lead integrated audits in conjunction with the Information Technology audit team•Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve their effectiveness and efficiency•Demonstrate competency in the areas of leadership, team-building, communication, counseling/mentoring, project management, technical skills, analytical skills, risk management, and business acumen •Build and maintain good working relationships with various levels of financial and operational management throughout the organization•As assigned, participate in special projects including investigations in association with the company’s Code of Conduct and/or company-wide initiatives |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required•CPA and/or CIA strongly preferred•7+ years of relevant public accounting or internal audit experience required•Fortune 500 experience required•Experience in a manufacturing environment required•Experience managing and leading teams required•Willingness to roll-up your sleeves to get the work done required•Strong command of GAAP and business process analysis required |
