| Job Description: |
· Strong technical HR skills – solid understanding of all the basics; policy development & implementation, compensation, benefits, employee relations, employment law, union avoidance, training, development, compliance, etc. · Strong strategic HR skills – understands the business and can help identify and develop the talent that will help the business meet its strategic goals. (organizational development, workforce planning, talent management) · Understanding of lean manufacturing; ability to help the organization through change · Some international HR experience or exposure · The ability to work at all levels (supporting the operator level up through President) · Good communication, analytical, decision making, influencing, innovative problem solving skills · Willingness to take risks but not be reckless · The SR. HR manager role will play a bigger role in HR process improvements and will work closer with Maureen on the higher level Strategic initiatives as well as involvement in international support. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Bachelor’s degree or academic equivalent required, Master’s degree preferred; AND • Minimum of ten (10) years experience required in Human Resources Management to include talent management, workforce planning, policy development, employment, compensation, employee relations, and training/development. Management experience. |
