Job Description:
Commercial Lender: This is a full relationship manager. You will have some of the best customers of the bank in your portfolio. This position will offer you the opportunity to work with complex credits, business leaders and the senior management of the bank. You will be able to get quick loan decisions $5MM to $20MM with dual signatures from the credit officer who is located in the same building as your office. If you have the commercial lending experience, professional background and self confidence to represent a top quality bank selling commercial services, making commercial loans, managing commercial loan relationships and helping companies reach their potential then you should be talking to us. This position will be developing new business with commercial companies with sales of $10 million and larger located in the Greater Washington Metro Market. You will also have a whole assortment of “state-of-the-art” financial products to sell. You will have plenty of autonomy, flexible hours, a competitive salary plus an excellent incentive program with no cap on earnings. Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop new business by calling on commercial businesses in the market area.
• Manage an existing high quality loan portfolio and add to it.
• Manage the loan process and make underwriting decisions
• Play an active role in the community to further develop business opportunities.
