Job 8686: Client Consultant

Location: PA-Philadelphia   Note: Territory extends from Philadelphia to Boston.
Mid-Atlantic (DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA & WV)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000, DOES plus bonus
Bonus & Incentives: 1) 20% paid on 1st year sales/revenue, plus 2) 10% trail paid semi-annually on persistent AUM.
Position Responsibilities: Our client, a well regarded asset management firm with over $18.5B in AUM, has consistently met a variety of investment and risk management needs for a diverse client base. The firm has more than 6,000 accounts and provides a full range of asset management services for Taft-Hartley plans, corporate retirement plans, endowments, foundations, high-net worth individuals, and public funds spread across all 50 states. The Client Sales Consultant is accountable for selling a variety of investment and financial consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and middle market companies. Most importantly, the incumbent will: 1) Call on middle market companies and business executives to sell a complete line of investment, financial consulting services and tax advantaged products, and 2) Sell direct to prospects using industry marketing lists, leads from trade shows, networking with executives in the business community and referrals from existing clients. POSITIONS AVAILABLE in: 1) Philadelphia, 2) Tampa, and 3) Chicago.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, None initially required
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: 1) 5 + years direct sales experience with a track record of over quota performance. 2) Strong presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: None specified. However, please be prepared to provide specific information relative to last 5 years sales performance, plus academic success.
