| Position Responsibilities: |
We are searching for a Relationship Manager to join our growing Agrifinance lending division. This person will be responsible for the business development and relationship management of the Montana territory by providing agricultural investment and advisory services. You will evaluate, prepare and recommend credit applications within the bank's target market focus and within the credit policies and procedures established by the company. Such responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• The origination and servicing of agricultural loans.
• The origination and servicing of loans for other third party clients.
• Cross-sell of banks services

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
2-4+ years of agricultural and/or commercial lending experience. In addition, you must be willing to travel throughout the state of Montana. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
The ideal candidate will possess the following: Banking experience including real estate lending and/or banking relationship management. Sales experience (at least 2 years) is helpful but not required. Computer proficiency with MS Word and Excel required. Must possess good human relations, communication skills and ability to exercise good judgment and work as a team member. Must be able to work well under time constraints. Must be organized, detail-oriented and have a strong desire to succeed. Must have knowledge of real estate, diversified production agricultural and livestock enterprises. Experience in loan documentation including the perfection of liens and mortgages on real estate, crops, inventory, machinery and real property is helpful. |
| Additional Comments: |
If you have commercial banking and/or commercial real estate experience, you may still be considered. The bank is open minded to a non-ag background although some exposure to agriculture is preferred. |
