| Position Responsibilities: |
This is a mid-level management position in the Business Lending Department. The position is responsible for a specific geographical regions business development with emphasis on business loans and cash management services. Additionally provides support, direction, credit information, and loan policies and procedures to ensure the overall quality of the business-lending portfolio. Loans are typically in the range of $5 million to $10 million dollars..
Qualifications
Two years commercial analysis experience including formal credit training.
One to Three years lending experience with working knowledge of Small Business Administration (SBA 7a) , conventional loans, programs and procedures.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in the field of business, including specific courses in accounting, finance, and economics plus additional bank related training.
Willingness to attend additional bank seminars/schools to continue to be abreast of changes in the industry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with members or co-workers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual (English & Spanish) skills may be required for certain locations to interact with members.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects meet demanding deadlines and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.
Ability to utilize a personal computer with word processing or spreadsheet software.
Ability to be on call as needed.
