$120,000 to 140,000 |
| Bonus & Incentives: |
At least a 20% targeted bonus off of base depending on personal performance |
| Position Responsibilities: |
• Manage and review the consolidated federal income tax returns, extensions, and estimated taxes
• Assist with IRS audit of the consolidated Federal income tax return
• Prepare and/or review the quarterly and annual Federal income tax provisions
• Assist with Federal FIN48 reserve compliance
• Assist with Federal income tax research and planning projects
• Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Manage a tax staff of three or more

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• 9 + years of experience in federal income tax compliance and tax accounting.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop tax professionals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and CCH or RIA tax on-line research tools.
• Strong project leadership, organizational and analytical skills.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
• Big 4 accounting firm or large corporation tax department experience
• Proficiency with CorpTax compliance software.
• Proficiency with TaxStream tax provision software
|
