OPPORTUNITY High energy contributor needed directly in support of key business segment, Serve as the primary accounting and financial liaison with most significant contract manufacturing and distribution partner. Tremendous visibility to global organization and be responsible for providing strategic and day-to-day direction. Responsible for budgeting, controls and status reporting for manufacturing operation influence Operations and Supply Chain decisions and provide direction on asset utilization, make versus buy recommendations, contract management, cost control and gross profit improvements. Reports to Operations Finance Manager.
• Responsible for of contractual compliance, the implementation of process improvements, and cost monitoring and negotiation;
• Analyze, model and forecast cost performance;
• Assess trends, make and present planning recommendations and identify and lead cost improvement opportunities. Involved in budget cycles, ad hoc analysis and modeling;
• Assist plant management in developing financial targets and related metrics consistent with strategic and financial plan. Analyze the business on a regular basis according to the financial metrics;
• Analyze budgets, forecasts, strategies and tactics for managing company resources to maximize profits and return;
• Responsible for understanding all inventory analysis and driving improvement in inventory performance;
• Support all internal and external audit activities;
• Coordinate global capital forecasting and analysis; Support consolidation activities for purchasing and capital budgets.
• Communicate financial analysis to management and/or executive leadership;
• Educate decision makers on techniques employed in analysis;
• Participate in Strategic Long-Range Planning and Operating Plan process.

Bachelors, CPA/MBA a plus |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS a must; CPA/MBA a plus. Ideal is professional from a $300 million to $2 billion manufacturing operations. SIX SIGMA. Must possess outstanding analytical abilities to drive fact-based decision-making. Excellent Excel skills.
