| Position Responsibilities: |
Focus is on providing cash management and commercial card solutions to federal government, state/local entities, non-profits and universities.
Key Responsibilities:
The Account Manager candidate will be focused on the “post sale” client experience of DoD Travel Card Contract and will ensure that Citibank is delivery on contractual obligations. This includes frequent interaction with clients to ensure their needs and issues are being met.
• Revenue retention
• Promptly recognize and take action on issues and provide client with root/cause analysis.
• Provide ongoing training and proactively communicate any disruption in service or system enhancements.
• Service as point of escalation for all services inquiries and technological issues.
• Coordinate and perform quarterly relationship reviews.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Candidate must be a self-starter, demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills with a team-oriented approach with a strong ability to form relationships at various levels with varying levels of colleague both internally and externally, Ability to be flexible to changes quickly. Expected Outcomes: Drive the increase of program usage to drive profitability and ensure revenue retention and growth. |
