| Position Responsibilities: |
This position will focus primarily on Global Custody pricing strategy (60%), with additional business management (20%) and Custody for Fund of Hedge Funds (FoF) product manager (20%) responsibilities.
Pricing responsibilities for the North America Direct and Global Custody include:
• Valuing deals
• Negotiating fee agreements with clients, sub custodians and sales and client management partners
• Managing/updating current pricing model
• Managing price decay and spread compression for portfolio of more than 400 clients
Business Management responsibilities include:
• Supporting evaluation of M&A opportunities with financial planning and analysis as appropriate
• Conducting profitability analysis, competitor analysis, wallet sizing, resource capacity analysis and market share analyses
• Partnering with Finance partners to meet challenges and issues such as interest claims and balance sheet
Product Management responsibilities include:
• Managing the Custody for Fund of Hedge Funds Product, consisting of a team 9 middle office staff and a portfolio of 18 clients
• Representing Product Management during sales pitches to clients
• Managing the P&L of this product
• Participating as a subject matter expert in the US Depository’s (DTCC) working group to develop solutions that will create efficiencies in the order execution of alternative investment products

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for writing market requirements, product specifications, development plans for review and implementation.
• Detail oriented but also able to step back to see trends that present broader market opportunities
• Solid project management aptitude, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of the financial markets is a plus
