OPPORTUNITY: Report to the Accounting Manager and interface with Divisional Controllers, treasury, audit and finance with responsibilities for::
• Supporting the monthly end close, work with general ledger system, record journal entries and financial statement preparation
• Prepare monthly/quarterly account reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Assist in preparing SEC filings including 10Ks, 10Qs and 11Ks
• Assist in providing analytical support and corporate reporting requirements to management
• Perform cash management function by reconciling cash and investments with Treasurer
• Assist with financial and tax audits and interface with internal and external audit teams
• Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
• Assist in researching accounting questions/issues
• Providing financial support for the 401K and Stock Option Plans
• Preparing Federal Census Reports
• Support various special projects

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA, MBA a plus |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS required; CPA, MBA a plus. Must be hands-on, promotable and self-directed. Preferred. 2+ years of accounting, with a minimum of 1 years of public accounting experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced PC skills & ERP software knowledge. Ability to work independently.
