| Position Responsibilities: |
This position manages, sells, installs and supports Cash Management products, including sales calls, demonstrations, product training/education, correspondence, and technical support for existing clients.
• Ability to effectively utilize consultative and strategic solutions selling skills.
• Provide excellent client service by addressing clients’ and prospects needs, concerns and inquiries regarding services offered, products, fees and operational questions.
• Conduct demonstrations and provide technical support to potential and current clients and Bank employees. Interacts directly with internal banking partners and clients to effectively provide a superior level of client service.
• Call on potential Cash Management clients, responds in writing to formal and informal requests for proposal, and prepares pro-forma pricing and cost-benefit analysis.
• Keep informed of current activities in the Cash Management field and helps identify deficiencies and make recommendations to product management for product design, pricing, profitability, client service and other operational improvements. In addition, this position will be involved with the overall Cash Management product line profitably analysis.
• Meet periodically with existing clients to ensure proper servicing of accounts, resolve complex operational issues/concerns, and to expand existing business relationships.
• Serve as liaison between current and potential clients and the Bank to resolve questions regarding Cash Management products/services.
• Participate in industry specific trade organizations.
• Perform any and all other additional duties as may be assigned. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CTP & CCM |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Minimum ten (10) years general banking experience required with a minimum 5 -7 years experience in Cash Management Sales and Service.
• Familiarity with various Cash Management products such as lockbox, ACH, positive pay, online banking, sweeps, remote deposit, and web-based information reporting and disbursement services.
• Strong understanding of accounting and technology as it relates to a company’s financial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and/or conduct effective training to internal banking partners, clients and prospects.
• Ability to manage single or multi-product implementations while balancing competing priorities.
• Builds collaborative work relationships.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving skills. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
• Ability to simultaneously work independently and as a member of a functional team.
• Meets established deadlines for assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• A firm understanding of banking regulations and compliance preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required with an intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products. |

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Cash Manager (CCM), or related professional designation desirable. |
