| Position Responsibilities: |
Our client is one of the top 10 global accounting firms, providing tax, and business and consulting services, and offers industry and business-specific advice and planning strategies to help mid-sized businesses succeed. As part of the tax team, the Manager will be responsible for providing and overseeing quality income tax services for the Firms clients.
Responsibilities include:
o Managing and driving the success of multiple engagements.
o Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
o Keeping lines of communication open with staff and clients.
o Managing within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction.
o Anticipating and addressing client concerns and escalating problems as they arise.
o Initiating cross selling business to other practices.
o Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
o Keeping abreast of latest developments as they affect GAAP and the Firms standards and policies.
o Developing an understanding of clients business and becoming a functional expert in the area.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Qualifications:
o Minimum of six years experience working in a public accounting firm with an emphasis in tax.
o A proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships.
o A proven record of simultaneously managing multiple projects and engagement teams for various clients.
o CPA certification.
o A Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
o Ability to travel on a limited basis.
