| Job Description: |
The Relationship Manager will join a rapidly growing Agrifinance lending division. Responsibilities include business development and relationship management of a territory that includes portions of the state of Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas by providing agricultural investment and advisory services. The RM's evaluate, prepare and recommend credit applications within the bank's target market focus and within the credit policies and procedures established by the company. Such responsibilities include but are not limited to: • The origination and servicing of agricultural loans. • The origination and servicing of loans for other third party clients. • Cross-sell of bank's other services. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
2-4 years of ag lending and real estate lending experience. (Will train the right candidate on the needed agricultural components). |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in ag-related study, Business Administration or Marketing. Banking experience including real estate lending and/or banking relationship management. Sales experience (at least 2 years) is helpful but not required. Computer proficiency with MS Word and Excel required. Must possess good human relations, communication skills and ability to exercise good judgment and work as a team member. Must be able to work well under time constraints. Must be organized, detail-oriented and have a strong desire to succeed. Must have knowledge of real estate, diversified production agricultural and livestock enterprises. Experience in loan documentation including the perfection of liens and mortgages on real estate, crops, inventory, machinery and real property is helpful. |
