| Position Responsibilities: |
The Senior Accountant provides accounting support for the books and records of manufacturing client and assists with the preparation of external financial reports. This support will be instrumental in ensuring the company maintains strong and accurate accounting records and in meeting compliance requirements. This will be accomplished by utilizing the Senior Accountant’s experience base in accounting and financial controls. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Prepare footnotes for Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
•Consolidate information from field schedules.
•Prepare tables for annual Proxy statement.
•Assist in research and implementation of new FASB pronouncements.
•Complete various census bureau reports.
•Special projects and other duties as needed.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
•Education – required to posses an undergraduate degree (B.S or equivalent) in Accounting or an undergraduate degree in business, or related field, with a minimum of 30 semester hours of accounting credit. An advanced degree in Accounting or CPA license is desired, but not required.
•Experience – minimum of 5+ years related experience. It is preferred that this experience have come from work assignments in Audit (either internal or external) or General Accounting. Minimum of 2+ years SEC experience.
•Public Accounting experience highly desired.
•Knowledge of Hyperion and JD Edwards considered a plus, but not required.
