| Position Responsibilities: |
This high level position will be responsible for accelerating the Bank's growth in the market, developing the staff and overall strategic planning. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Main duties will include; Business development, retention and cross selling to existing client base and team development. Ideal candidates will LIVE IN and have EXISTING ties to the marketplace and a minimum of eight years in the financial industry. This position pays a competetive salary with bonus. |
