Corporate Finance entity with focus on middle-market client market companies in North America and Europe. Seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 4+ years of business valuation experience. Intellectual property experience a plus. |

Must posses the following skills: financial modeling, due diligence, industry analysis/company research, balance sheet advisory services |
