| Position Responsibilities: |
Investment Bank with client market focus on middle-market companies in North America and Europe. Seeking a Manager who is an engagement workhorse that can pick up the assignment and drive it all the way through to conclusion. Strong business development or origination skills not necessary. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Masters Preferred |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Must posses the following skills: financial modeling, due diligence, industry analysis/company research, balance sheet advisory services
Strong leadership and mentoring skills strongly preferred.
Completion of a formal training program at an investment bank, money center commercial bank or consulting firm is a plus
