| Position Responsibilities: |
Our client is a prominent financial services company with a rapidly growing cards business in Austin.
We are seeking a leader with 10 - 12 years of total experience including 3 - 5 years experience in clearing and settlement processing within the banking or credit card industries. This high-profile position will report to the Corporate Treasurer.
Candidates must have demonstrated knowledge of treasury and interbank payments industry practices and concepts (i.e., foreign exchange, cash flow analysis, liquidity risk management; finality, etc.).
Must be able to build effective relationships with key business partners.
This role will identify opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives on an ongoing basis.
BS in business-related discipline required; MBA or CPA preferred.
Our client offers a base salary in the $120 - $140k range plus incentives, equity potential and a comprehensive benefits plan.
