| Position Responsibilities: |
Lead the payroll function for company with 15,000+ employees including a significant sales (and therefore commission based compensation) workforce. Also, will have involement in commission accounting and compesnation accounting and analysis. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA or MBA Preferred |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Requires Payroll, Compensation and/or Commissions Accounting Leadership Experience in a Company with at least 1,000 and preferably 5,000-10,000+ employees. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Sales oriented/Comission oriented workforce. CPA or MBA++, Shared Service or Centralized Accounting Leadership Experience |
