| Position Responsibilities: |
Responsible for the day-to-day management and overall lending function and loan portfolio of the bank.
Responsible for overall credit quality, underwriting and administrative standards and problem loan resolution.
Types of loans: Commercial, C&I and Ag.
Represents the bank to regulatory agencies.
Member of Executive Management Team.
Supervise 5 employees.

High School Degree |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Must be approvable by the regulators.
Minimum of 7 years of increasing responsibility experience in credit management for a banking institution.
