| Position Responsibilities: |
Responsible for new business development and managing a portfolio of commercial loans while providing continuous financial counseling to customers. Geographic territory will encompass greater Hartford market. Company annual revenues will range from $10MM to $100MM with loans ranging in size from $1MM to $10MM+. Cross sell various products and services. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Formal Credit Trained |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
7-10+ yrs. exp. in commercial lending a proven track record in business development, Formal Credit Trained, solid analytical skills. 4 yr. degree in Finance/Accounting, MBA a plus. Local contacts within market preferred |
