Job 8977: Cash Management Sales & Services Officer

Location: PA-Lancaster  
Mid-Atlantic (DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA & WV)
Salary Range: 50000 - 60000
Bonus & Incentives:
Position Responsibilities: Summary: Responsible for the sale, implementation, and service of business depository and cash management products to current and prospective customers Responsibilities: • Work as part of the bank’s sales team by making joint and/or solo calls on current and prospective business customers • Evaluate customer needs for cash management and business depository services • Prepare and present service proposals to business clients including in-depth comparative analyses and/or responses to formal Requests for Proposal (RFPs) • Implement new accounts and services including business checking accounts, CDs, Sweep accounts, Business Online Banking, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, etc. • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all the bank’s business account types, cash management services, account analysis system and other applications as needed • Act as a secondary contact/back-up to the Merchant Services Sales & Service Officer regarding all business card based services including credit cards, debit cards, gift cards and merchant services. • Primary customer contact for ongoing Corporate Services maintenance and customer satisfaction. Primary contact for problem-solving issues related to Corporate Services. • Recommend product enhancements and/or development based upon customer and market place needs. • Strong technology orientation with regard to customer installations and/or problem resolution for products such as ACH, Business Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Credit Cards, etc. Ability to conduct customer onsite demonstrations and installations. • Responsible for daily Sweep account settlement function and report preparation • Assist Corporate Services Group Manager in the preparation and/or delivery of business depository and cash management service education to team members • Refer business customers/prospects to other UNCB team members as appropriate to support their service needs; i.e., commercial credit officers, branch managers, private banking, etc.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Requirements: • An undergraduate degree (business related preferred), or related professional experience such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager (CCM). • Prior banking experience is essential. • Prior cash management sales and/or product implementation experience is preferred • Capable of working independently and being self-motivated. • Work requires skills necessary to operate a computer (Word, Excel and Outlook, calculator, and telephone, fax machine and copier. • Excellent knowledge of Internet and technology functions. • Excellent customer service and sales skills, which includes strong communication skills, good listening skills, patience. • Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills. • Ability to think on your feet. • Product knowledge of bank service and products. • Strong organizations skills and detail oriented.
