| Position Responsibilities: |
Financial Advisor & Wealth Manager – Investment Advisory Experience, Financial Planning Experience & a Consultative Sales Approach as a must: New opportunity to work with existing “QUALIFIED and Confirmed” HNW Financial Institution Customers! All accounts have been verified and fit a profile of 200k to 3 million in Investable assets. All accounts have been contacted and are currently doing business in some fashion with our client company. Position Includes: Networking opportunities within the Trust & Small Business Group. Referrals provided by existing relationship managers. Expected First Income in the High Six Figures Existing accounts transferred to advisor First year salary plus commissions or combination transition package & salary Flat guaranteed commission payout Deferred Compensation Plan in addition to salary & commissions Did I say Salary Plus + Transition Package for the qualified experienced advisor The position requires experience as a Wealth Manager - Financial Advisor. Prefer Financial Planning & Consultative Sales Experience along experience in dealing with High Net Investors. A track record of demonstrated sales success and past production must be quantifiable –have achieved a current level of success based on length of service. Candidates Must Have a Series 7, 63 & 65 along with Variable Life & Annuity and LAH licenses. This position includes an initial salary, transition package, commissions along with full trails, & outstanding benefits package including an employer match 401k and company sponsored pension plan and deferred stock program. All candidates with the proper licenses and sales experience will be responded to within 48 hours. |
