| Position Responsibilities: |
Will monitor all corporate financial reporting activities and ensure accurate application of accounting principles. Will be responsible for monthly close process and review all supporting reconciliations and reports. Perform tax calculations and assist in preparation of earnings releases, SEC fillings and SOX 404 compliance. Supervises Accounting Department staff handling preparation of internal financial reports and regulatory reports. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
MUST be a CPA, MUST have public accounting and banking experience. Banking may be via consulting work with banking clients. MUST have SEC experience. Must have excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Would prefer leadership skill with a small staff and month-end closing experience. |
