Job Description
Wealth Management Advisor: You will be selling investment management and trust services for a firm with a long history of high performance. This is not a brokerage position this is money management services for high net-worth clients. The position has high visibility, upward mobility and is located in an affluent market. We are looking for a special individual who is smart, has excellent communication skills, well organized and able to manage themselves. Your efforts will be supported by 6 commercial lenders and 8 commercial bank offices. You will be using your sales and relationship building skills to develop new business through professional and community activities. It will be a significant advantage for candidates to have existing contacts and referral sources in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania Area. You will have the assistance of operations and administrative people so you can spend your time with clients and prospects.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, incentive plan with no cap on your earnings, health benefits, 401k, stock purchase plan and more.
Primary Responsibilities
• This position leads the wealth management effort for this market.
• Develop new business with investors with a minimum of $250,000 to invest.
• Develop and maintain referral sources.
• Work with qualified leads from the commercial lenders and other employees of the bank.

• Proven ability to call on and develop new business with high net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
• Have existing professional contacts in the Lancaster Market area.
• A good reputation in the financial services industry.
• Basic understanding of trust services and investment management.
• Currently has or be willing to sit for the Series 7 license.
