| Position Responsibilities: |
Actively seeks new client relationships by developing a target client profile and a list of prospective clients, establishing a client acquisition process, developing centers of influence and other referral sources. Maintain a proactive, disciplined client communication process for ongoing profiling to anticipate and identify changing needs and new business opportunities.
Seek to understand and deliver on the client's full-balance sheet needs, offering appropriate and meaningful advice while executing on the wealth planning process based on the 12 Wealth Management issues. Work with the relationship team to propose specific solutions customized to the needs of the client and close the business. Manage client expectations, demonstrate follow-through and be responsive to client needs. Quickly resolve service issues and provide timely follow-up to the client.
. Provides training and guidance to less experienced Private Bankers. This is the most senior level Private Banking individual contributor job. Incumbents have excellent sales/relationship management and teaming skills; an established external presence; exceptionally strong credit skills and deposit understanding (particularly cash management); and the ability to deliver highly complex credit and deposit solutions to clients. Incumbents have a strong knowledge of not only traditional bank product and services, but also the most sophisticated services and products to meet unique client needs |

12+ years Private, Corporate Banking or Commercial Lending. Extensive Credit Expertise Required. |

series 7 & 65 Licensed, CA Life & Health Licensed-required to participate in securities brokerage activities. CFP Preferred |
