| Position Responsibilities: |
6 to 10 years of relevant experience with a CFA, CPA or MBA required.
- VP position reports to a Managing Director and offers significant client contact and potential for rapid advancement.
- Required skills include:
o Strong business and financial analytical.
o Strong spreadsheet, written and oral communication skills.
- Required experiences include:
o Transactional experience with financing the growth of a middle market companies and M&A
o Due diligence associated with financing growth and/or M&A
o Business valuation, EVA analysis and forecasting required.
