9020 RVP / Team Leader / Agricultural Lending Job

Location:
Salary Range: 110,000 - 150,000
Total Compensation: 140,000 - 180,000
Job Description: The main function of this RVP level position is to handle a very sizeable third-party portfolio. Work with originators of credit to match up the bank's appetite and parameteres for deals by educating those in the field. Consequently, strong credit skills are a must as there are complex arrangements with large, multi-faceted entities.In addition to handling the third-party portfolio, you will help to develop new clientele, in conjunction with the Manging Director, directing Relationship Managers (RM's) and analysts within a specific territory. Knowledge of both long term and short term agricultural credit is required. General knowledge of the agricultural industry is necessary. Must be able to handle deals in the range of $6MM - $100MM. Average deal size is around $20MM.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of Ag lending experience.Also open to a combination of C&I and Ag Lending experience if there is enough ag exposure in ones background.
Preferred Qualifications: Someone who currently manages a very large agriculture based portfolio with multiple RM's under their management.
