| Position Responsibilities: |
This position will be as a player/coach developing new clientele and assisting the Managing Director in directing RM's and support staff within the Central California coastal territory. You will work closely with the RM's, support stuff, Managing Director, Credit Department, and regional office to guide loans through approval, closing and servicing processes. Knowledge of both long term and short term agricultural credit is required. General knowledge of the agricultural industry is necessary. Your responsibilities will be to generate, develop and maintain relationships with production agriculture businesses with revenues ranging from $1MM to $30MM or more. You will cultivate business for commercial and real estate loans and manage an assigned portfolio. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing Relationship Managers (RM's) and analysts in the office.
You will utilize your knowledge of the credit documentation process and work with a team of professionals focused on an efficient approval process. Finally, you will acquire the total financial business from your customer base and be comfortable with bringing in deposits next to doing the lending business. |

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
8+ years of ag lending experience to be considered for the role of RVP. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
10-15+ years of experience in managing a team of ag lenders. |
