| Position Responsibilities: |
An exceptional career opportunity for a Relationship Manager (RM) to join us in servicing our production agriculture customers in the greater Salinas area.
Your responsibilities will be to generate, develop and maintain relationships with production agriculture businesses with revenues ranging from $1MM to $30MM or more. You will cultivate business for commercial and real estate loans and manage an assigned portfolio, or in some cases be an integral part of helping us become established in a new territory. You will utilize your knowledge of the credit documentation process and work with a team of professionals focused on an efficient approval process. Finally, you will acquire the total financial business from your customer base and be comfortable with bringing in deposits next to doing the lending business. |

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
3-5+ years of ag lending experience |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
5+ years of ag lending experience |
