OPPORTUNITY: Communicate and touch all business lines. Provide P&L and Balance Sheet analysis support to the corporate FP&A team. Provide direct analytical support to the Managers and VP’s and play an integral part of the Group FP&A management team. Overview of role is:
• Planning and forecasting for all aspects of all business units P&L and balance sheet results including cash flow;
• Quarterly Earnings Release preparation, including explanation of significant revenue and EBIT variances;
• Coordination of monthly P&L assessment, and submittal of monthly P&L / balance sheet forecast to corporate
• Generate business units targets and assess business unit performance to targets and identify areas of potential improvement;
• Developed detailed analysis of all product lines;
• Assist with the 5 year strategic planning process;
• Assist with preparation for monthly presentations used to update senior management team on the financial results and key financial metrics;
• Identify and implement process improvements in alignment with Six Sigma methodologies

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS, Accounting/ Finance. Seek 1+ years financial or business analysis experience within a manufacturing or distribution setting. Ideal candidate has been teamed with operations or sales and has led projects. Client is looking for a “resource” who wants to make a contribution, learn, and be promoted. Strong Excel. |
