| Position Responsibilities: |
Responsible for developing strong, relationships with Commerical and Energy clients while maintaining quality customer service. Develops, generates and follows-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments. Calls on existing relationships to review portfolios and makes recommendations as needed. Responsible for sales, credit analysis, proper loan structuring, client interviewing and perceptive character judgment. Cross sell other bank products.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
5+ years of reserves based lending experience, strong network of independent oil and gas contacts in DFW. |
