| Position Responsibilities: |
The Financial Reporting Analyst's primary responsibilities include:
• Preparation and analysis of financial disclosures and reports that are required by the Federal Bank and Bank Holding Company Regulatory agencies as well as some SEC disclosures.
o This involves assisting business units in meeting reporting requirements, significant variance and financial analyses, communication of results to regulatory agencies and senior management and implementation of any new reporting and/or systems.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Specifications / Qualifications
• BA/BS in Accounting
• 2 to 5 years accounting experience, with exposure to Regulatory or SEC/GAAP financial statement analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, can multi-task and takes initiative.

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• PC proficient.
• Motivated self-starter to work in a professional challenging and demanding environment.
• Ability to work as a member of the team as well as independently.
