| Position Responsibilities: |
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developing models for return on investment, return on capital employed, financial projections, sensitivity studies and cash flow analysis
• Conducting analytical work on various projects including, but not limited to, capital budget analysis, operating budget analysis, evaluation of projects and investment opportunities, evaluation of merger and acquisition targets
• Identifying, measuring and reporting key performance indicators to senior management critical to the Company’s profitability
• Reviewing and evaluating current and proposed financial plans and policies that impact on the Company in meeting its business goals and objectives
• Performing analysis on programs or information contributing to assessing risk related to various business ventures of the company
• Completing ad hoc financial analysis for executive, corporate and senior operational managers
• Developing and implementing integration plans for acquired entities
• Analyzing budget information and predicting future performance

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with M&A pre-screening (e.g. multiples analysis, high-level value modeling, analysis of overall entity level financial strength). Carrying the M&A analysis of potential targets through to full economic evaluation/modeling, risk analysis, and acquisition metrics (experience w/ international M&A huge plus)
• Analysis of the company’s industry, competition, overall market conditions, macro economic issues, etc. supporting Investor Relations information and executive level information requirements. Experience (or at least familiarity with) analyzing equity vs. debt financing alternatives and the ability to model these alternatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; MBA and/or CPA highly preferred
• At least eight (8) years progressively responsible work experience in financial modeling and analysis, with a minimum of three (3) or more years international business experience with operations or start-ups in oil and gas producing countries
• Solid knowledge and understanding of accounting treatments and tax effects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in the use of other Office software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential
• Background supporting Investor Relations (active analysis, not just documentation) would be a plus
• Available for business travel 5%-20% of time
