| Position Responsibilities: |
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing management and direction to the various treasury activities such as internal and external investment activities, banking relationships and cash management, including managing the wire transfers and ACH payments
• Monitoring and initiating debt and credit facility payments and preparing documents and reports for credit facility compliance reporting
• Reviewing and evaluating current and proposed financial plans and policies, key performance indicators critical to company in meeting its business goals and objectives
• Overseeing and reviewing the analysis on programs or information contributing to assessing risk related to various business ventures of the company
• Overseeing and monitoring the analytical work on capital and operating budgets, evaluation of projects and investment opportunities, merger and acquisition targets, return on investment and capital employed, financial projections, sensitivity studies, Monte Carlo simulation of alternatives and cash flow analysis
• Developing cash management, investment and treasury operational policies and procedures to ensure they reflect departmental goals and objectives, including opening/closing/maintaining Bank accounts in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Maintaining treasury workstation and makes appropriate recommendations on enhancements based on econ-analysis, investment strategy, bank borrowing levels and floating rates based on cash forecasts, as well as initiating, renewing and monitoring letters of credit and foreign bank guarantees
• Performing SOX monitoring for cash management system to ensure compliance, collaborating with accounting for SEC reporting of cash and recommendations of appropriate cash account structure

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; MBA preferred
• Eight to ten (8-10) years of progressively responsible work experience in financial modeling and analysis, with a minimum of three (3) years of international business experience with operations or start-ups in oil and gas producing countries
• Solid knowledge and understanding of accounting treatments and tax effects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Managerial and leadership skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in the use of other office software
• Possession of professional certifications, such as CTP or CFA a plus
