| Position Responsibilities: |
Emerging business. Today this profit-driven corporation develops, manufacturers, distributes and markets products in 5 countries. By the end of 2008, it will be 7 countries and by end of 2009 products will me marketed through Europe, Far East, and the Americas. Due to growth, new leadership role has emerge to contribute to the business strategies and planning supporting global growth, measure level of financial and operational success, and partner with treasury to support worldwide expansion.
OPPORTUNITY: Have access from staff to Board. Supervise and develop a talented team. Key responsibilities include:
Budgeting and Planning: Lead global short/long range business planning, annual budget, and business forecasting. Recommend and lead cost saving initiatives. Be the financial partner in negotiating large contracts. Build quarterly reports for the Board. Support executive team on financial evaluation of licensing and acquisitions strategies.
Reporting: Own global budget and variance reporting system. Review and analyze key performance indicators and enhance variance reporting by country, product family and market channel. Create monthly and quarterly reports, scorecard, and commentary on business metrics, results, and short term forecasts for presentation to Board and executive team. Develop price reporting for external authorities.
Cash and Treasury Management: Prepare forecasted cash flows by legal entity to ensure proper cash flow. Oversee collections management process to ensure follow-up on delinquent payors. Coordinate global cash pooling and hedging strategy including managing currency and interest rate risks. Maximize investment returns and interest rate management. Assist CFO in working capital management and debt/equity management.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
MBA or CPA. Most important is extensive hands-on finance and controlling experience gained in an international environment. Must have 10+ years of business experience within a manufacturing and/or distribution business with over $200M revenues. First choice would be a candidate from a medical or pharmaceutical products company with international revenues. Multi-lingual skills is a plus. |
