| Position Responsibilities: |
The Venture Banker 3 will manage part of the commercial banking activities in a specified region. The Venture Banker will help with the hiring and training of staff within its territory and will work with the team to prepare and reach budgeted financial results. The Venture Banker will help the team set regional goals on deposits, loan commitments / outstandings and cross sales of related products and services. The Venture Banker will work to market the Bank in local markets and develop relationships with local venture capital firms and venture backed technology and life science companies. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
4 or 5 years of relevant experience; |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
4 or 5 years of relevant experience; |
