Job 9079: Senior SEC Analyst (NN)

Location: CA-San Francisco  
West Coast (CA, OR, WA, AK & HI)
Salary Range: Competitive
Bonus & Incentives: 12% bonus
Position Responsibilities: Fortune 500 company located in the San Francisco financial district is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to join the External Reporting Group. Position will work with other departments in obtaining information necessary for financial statement preparation and analysis and will report to the Financial Reporting Manager. Company offers excellent opportunities for career growth. RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan and prepare external financial reports, including the Annual Report, Form 10-K and Form 10-Q • Plan and prepare external regulatory reports, both Federal and State • Prepare trust, benefit plan and subsidiary financial statements and related filings • Research GAAP and SEC reporting requirements to ensure compliance • Perform data analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting • Assist in special projects as needed
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, CPA preferred
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: • BA/BS degree in Accounting • 3 years public accounting experience, including audit of public companies • Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements • CPA license (or in progress) required
