| Position Responsibilities: |
•Develop product and pricing strategies to achieve profitability targets for real estate secured lending products
•Conduct analysis to understand competitive product offerings and pricing of other competitors’ real estate secured loans
•Develop credit policies based on credit risk analysis, to reduce credit risk and maximize profitability. Work with other departments to implement policy changes and track result
•Monitor credit risk for real estate secured loans portfolio and identify opportunities for improving portfolio credit risk resiliency
•Develop and manage economic models to help understand credit losses and economics for real estate secured loans
•Develop data driven insights and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, none |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
•4 years of credit risk analysis experience with mortgage and home equity.
•4 years experience analyzing, evaluating and developing credit policies for consumer real estate products
•4 years experience manipulating and analyzing data using SAS, SQL or other data analysis tools for complex modeling purposes or forecasting
