| Position Responsibilities: |
Develop and maintain close business relationships with clients.
Successfully grow, gain and retain clients in territory.
Identifiy and develop potential sales opportunities through a number of activities such as regular client contacts, client visits, phone calls, conferences and email etc. Reinforce the Banks value proposition by selling the Bank’s credit products and services in a manner that increases the inherent business value.
Cross-sell the Bank’s products and services, develop strategies that enhance and expand the Bank’s existing book of business and portfolio of products and services and utilize consultative sales techniques to add value.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, none |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelors degree with a major in business, finance, accounting or economics preferred.
Broad understanding and working knowledge of 1) the capital markets, 2) asset/liability management, and 3) commercial and residential lending and mortgage lending.
8-10 years of sales or marketing experience.
Ability and flexibility to travel to client locations at place and time convenient for them, as well as attend Bank and industry functions, conferences, etc.
Excellent organizational, presentational, interpersonal, and creative skills, with a thorough knowledge of PC based applications
