| Position Responsibilities: |
Builds and maintains a base of prospects and new clients. Accountable for more complex and/or larger businesses. Develops sales strategies and networking opportunities. Continues to master negotiation skills. Creates and conducts presentations. Prepares final proposals for qualified prospects as a final step in establishing financial relationships. Analyzes needs of prospects and provides information about Bank products and services that can enhance client's financial position. Collaborates with Relationship Managers with the closing of deals and the implementation of banking services. Interacts with Bank colleagues to discuss prospects and referrals and formulates sales strategies. Documents all calling activity and provides reports to management as necessary. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
* Bachelor's degree is required.
* Minimum of 6 years commercial lending experience is required.
Good understanding of all products and services applicable to target client segment.
Good knowledge of commercial credit policies and procedures, and bank operations policies and procedures.
*Minimum of 3 years sales and marketing experience required.
Good credit analysis and accounting skills.
Ability to work well independently and in teams.
Ability to work autonomously in making sound business decisions and exercises appropriate level of authority commensurate with experience and responsibility.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills |
| Preferred Qualifications: |

THEY WILL PAY A DRAW AGAINST COMMISSION, WILL NEGOTIATE A BASE FOR FIRST YEAR AND COMMISSIONS WILL BEGIN ABOVE THAT TARGET. CAN MAKE 200K FOR AVERAGE BDO |
