Build lending/credit department from scratch
Experience writing and administering policies and procedures

Requirements:
Must be approvable with the regulators for a denovo bank.
Must be local to Las Vegas area
Must have commercial, C&I and commercial real estate lending/credit experience.
Must have minimum of 2 years of lending or credit management for a bank.
