| Position Responsibilities: |
manage the day to day sales activity for a statewide conventional/government retail mortgage company. Responsible for hiring and adminsitering an in-house training program. Capable of taking the state wide organization national. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
High School Degree |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
must have minimum 4 yrs retail mortgage management and have hired and trained sales teams. Must have multiple branch management experience . |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
should have managed a minimum of 7 branch offices and a staff of 35+ ,opened new offices in rural areas and have been hands on administering training programs. |
| Additional Comments: |
wholesale, correspondence and subprime are not backgrounds this client seeks. Must have strong retail govenrment and conventional mortgage sales background manageing multiple branches . |
