Location: CA-Sacramento  
West Coast (CA, OR, WA, AK & HI)
Salary Range: $100k-$130k

Position Responsibilities: Develops and implements aggressive business development programs and strategies to grow the treasury services market. Leads the sales process including selling and business development activities and direct contact with business referral sources and clients. Coordinates with marketing resources and other product/service providers within the company. Develops and implements cross-selling strategies with an established store network. Identifies, hires, motivates and retains top talent. Promotes and maintains efficient operations processes designed to achieve the highest levels of customer service quality. Actively learns, demonstrates and fosters the bank' s corporate culture in all actions and words. Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate. Embraces our vision. Ability to demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and apply to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through course work and on-the-job training. Must be able to keep up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required, annual required, or job-specific training.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors
