Job 9115: Responsible for the collection and restructuring of the most complex problem loans, both unsecured and secured by various types of collateral.

Location: CA   Los Angeles, Walnut Creek, San Francisco, CA or Denver, CO
West Coast (CA, OR, WA, AK & HI)
Salary Range: $125–$140k DOE
Bonus & Incentives: Yes
Position Responsibilities: Responsible for the collection and restructuring of the most complex problem loans, both unsecured and secured by various types of collateral including real property, inventory, accounts receivable, stocks, etc. Negotiates sale or liquidation of those assets when necessary. Acts as consultant to special assets management on credit issues. Generally manages portfolio of 8-14 accounts with $20-$75 million in assets. Portfolio has significant impact on bank profitability.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: •Thorough knowledge of secured and unsecured lending practices, documentation and legal requirements. •In-depth knowledge of business unit functions and cross-unit dependencies/relationships. •Broad-based workout experience with extensive industry contacts. Recognized expert in special assets
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Comments: The portfolio is about 10-15 accounts ranging in size from $5-35mm in RE and Commercial & Industrial
