| Position Responsibilities: |
Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct and lead the Commercial Real Estate Lending Team
Manage the overall functions of the team, which include loan portfolios, loan transactions, business development and marketing, underwriting, customer service and relationships, and staff management.
Target Market: Asian and Chinese domestic market.
Make independent business development calls or joint calls as needed.
Represent the bank in the community
Ability to negotiate loan applications and contracts

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of commercial real estate lending experience.
Minimum of 5 years management experience
Bilingual – Mandarin and/or Taiwanese
