| Job Description: |
Develops and maintains commercial banking relationships with significant corporate and institutional bank customers and prospects. Has significant impact on Commercial Banking Group's profit goals and objectives by ensuring retention of existing customers, managing relationships in existing portfolio and development of new customers and cross-selling of all bank's products and services. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Degree in Finance, Econ. or Business + a minimum of 6 years banking experience + at least 4-5 years Middle Market lending and "RM" experience + proven effectiveness developing new business and managing relationships with $15MM to $1B companies. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Self motivated; highly organized; proven networking capabilities; quantifiable effectiveness developing new loan and deposit business. |
